Responsibilities:
- Enter all incoming invoices into Buildertrend
- Ensure all expenses have the accurate cost codes
- File all project documents properly
- Fill our company information for permit forms
- Enter Vendor information into Buildertrend and keep updated
Qualifications:
- Must be able to type a minimum 50 wpm
- Understand the fundamentals of filing and organization
- Helpful if you can already navigate Google Drive
- Will need to learn how to use Buildertrend if not already experienced.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $9.77 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
