We are a rapidly growing, 19 year old company looking for a full or part time Data Entry and Customer Support Associate. To thrive in this position, you'll need to work effectively and efficiently in person at our office. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast and accurate typist with a keen eye for detail. You will need to be self-motivated, an independent worker, a great communicator, highly organized, and enjoy a team atmosphere. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that is easily accessible through a digital database.

This is a permanent in person Monday-Friday position, part time (5 hours daily) or full time (8:30am to 5pm) available.

Full time position offers benefits, PTO, and matching 401k (Roth) after a waiting period.

Responsibilities

• Transfer data from/into computer files or database systems
• Type in data provided directly from customers
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Update existing data
• Retrieve data from electronic files as requested

• Proven experience as data entry clerk
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
