As a data governance steward on the Data Systems team within Personal Lines (PL) Control, you'll assist in the establishment and implementation of data governance best practices into the PL Control organization. Initially you'll support the property business but expand into other areas within Control over time. Additionally, you'll be responsible for metadata collection and maintenance, facilitation of the metric certification process, and project team engagement and consultation. Remote work allowed.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of 3 years analytical work experience
• In lieu of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years of analytical work experience
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of analytical work experience

Preferred skills

• Experience in metadata collection, data quality analysis, data requirements, and data lineage
• Strong collaboration and relationship building skills, with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Prior analytical experience within property and casualty/homeowners
• Proven time management, prioritization, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to extract information from disparate sources and create a cohesive, succinct narrative for dissemination

Compensation

• $68,100-$90,800/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
