We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Natural Language Processing (NLP) Data Scientist to join our team. The NLP Data Scientists will be responsible for designing and implementing NLP models and algorithms for call center (helpdesk) data, call routing, and call/chat summaries. The ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, experience working with NLP tools and techniques, and a passion for solving complex problems using data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement NLP models and algorithms to analyze call center data, call routing, and call/chat summaries.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize NLP solutions
• Collaborate with data engineers to deploy NLP models into production environments
• Develop NLP solutions for text classification, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition
• Analyze large datasets and provide insights to improve call center operations
• Create and maintain technical documentation for NLP models and algorithms
• Stay up-to-date with the latest NLP research and technologies
• Participate in code reviews and quality assurance processes
• Selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques.
• Data mining using state-of-the-art methods. Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant to building analytic systems.
• Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.
• Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner.
• Creating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in NLP or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, Spacy, or Gensim
• Develop, construct, test and maintain architectures.
• Collect and ingest data.
• Develop data set processes.
• Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality.
• Deploy sophisticated analytics programs, machine learning and statistical methods.
• Prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling. Find hidden patterns using data.
• Cloud infrastructure.
• Data modeling.
• ETL: extraction, translation and loosing.
• Data pipeline, log gathering and analytics
• Visualization
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Skills: Python, R, NiFi, Airflow, Azure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to support core hours 7 to 5 (Central Time)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with call center (helpdesk) data, call routing, and call/chat summaries
• Experience with text classification, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
