Databricks Developer



We're looking for an experienced Databricks Developer to provide configuration, design, build-out, and support of cloud data management platforms, specifically leveraging Microsoft Azure. The Azure DB Engineer will work closely with software developers to deliver secure, well-performing, and scalable Azure-based solutions. The Azure DB Engineer will collaborate with a mix of technical experts and architects, business/product owners, business analysts, technical writers, testers, and scrum masters in a DevSecOps-focused, Agile-Scrum environment.



Requirements and Responsibilities



• 5+ years of experience in Azure Databricks

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing multi-tenant solutions using Azure Databricks

• Develop and maintain the required data mappings using Azure Databricks

• Assist with and execute programming, modeling, and data integration, supporting task automation and DevOps practices

• Design and develop data pipelines

• Act as a key contributor to the design and development lifecycle of analytic applications utilizing Microsoft Azure and BI technology platforms

• Design, Implement, configure, and maintain Azure SaaS/PaaS/IaaS Cloud Services for hosting a wide range of complex projects.

• Provide technical guidance and build platform blueprints- physical architecture

• Create and maintain technical documentation

• Must have a proactive nature, with a proclivity for problem-solving, collaboration, and willingness to learn.

• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
