Employment Status: Full time
Salary: $58,000 - $65,000/annually

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing administrative and correctional work involving complete supervisory responsibility for all aspects of a community corrections treatment program for non-violent felony offenders needing mental health counseling.
• Oversee clinical and treatment staff in two counties, Blount and Hamblen counties.
• Thorough knowledge of providing offenders with evidence-based treatment programs and substance abuse treatment, conducting intakes and monitor individual and group therapies, developing individual case plans, completing and maintaining documentation according to state and federal guidelines, and providing counseling, referrals, intervention services and potentially mental health assessments (MHSP).
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Aid in developing a new Treatment-based program supporting individuals within the criminal justice community.
• Provide weekly individual or group counseling sessions for clients.
• Host weekly Treatment Team meetings amongst Treatment staff and Community Corrections officers to discuss client eligibility, needs, and discharges.
• Audit client case files and database entries ensuring program and state standards are met.
• Ability to assist in suicide prevention, using client crisis plans and the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited University with a minimum education of a Master's Level degree and include at a minimum one (1) of the following clinical designations: LPC, MHSP, LCSW, LSPE, Psychologist.
• Valid Tennessee Driver license.
• Must possess up-to-date and proper license and credentials through the Tennessee Health-Related Boards annually.
• Travel between Blount and Hamblen counties is required with agency vehicle.
• Good time management skills; strong interpersonal, organizational and decision-makings skills.
