Responsibilities Include:

• Welcoming new residents/families

• Having mandatory - Initial admission meetings with every family/resident within 48 hours of admission to discuss:

· finances, patient responsibility, acknowledgement, monies to be owed, Medicaid pending documentation needed

• Maintain admission financial files in DocuSign

• Medicaid application process through approval

• Medicaid recertifications

• Filing rep payee/getting direct deposit forms upon admission

• Admission sign -in for all residents

• Obtaining reviewing all insurance

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Some college preferred

• LTC/SNF experience preferred
