ActionLink is hiring a full time Dedicated Retail Sales Representative. This is a great opportunity to represent ROLAND Products as a Musical Instrument Sales Specialist. You will increase sales by engaging customers in product demonstrations, creating advocacy towards the brand and products, training retail store associates, and maintaining visual merchandising standards for ROLAND Products.

Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday 11:00am to 7:30pm

Location: 5140 Cherry Avenue San Jose CA 95118

Position requirements

· 2 to 3 years of related work experience in sales, retail, and/or musical instruments.

· Experienced musician, producer, DJ, or sound engineer with a proven knowledge base of musical equipment in at least one category.

· Ability to present training materials and product information to individuals or small groups.

· Passionate about musical instruments and creating meaningful in-store experiences for customers and store associates.

· Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others to take action.

· Access to high-speed internet and smart device for training and completing instore reports and submitting photos.

Job Related Activities

· Collaborate with program management, client personnel, and reseller management to review and understand sales data to achieve established sales goals.

· Create an environment within assigned stores in which extraordinary and lasting experiences are provided to customers by personalizing Roland products to fit their specific needs.

· Complete required reports as requested by program management.

· Actively participate in team and client-held meetings, conference calls, one-on-one calls, and training and development programs.

· Document and provide feedback to management and client personnel regarding products, product launches, displays, incentive programs, promotions, and areas for improvement.

· Establish partnerships with store management, meeting frequently to discuss results and develop plans to achieve mutual goals and overcome obstacles.
