Our County Market in Attica, IN is accepting applications/resume for an Full Time Deli Shift Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Provide amazing customer service
• Knows use, and taste of products offered
• Quality assurance checks of department
• Proper handling and rotation of product
• Work within company programs, policies and procedures.
• Promote and support established programs
• Day to day operational procedures to ensure stock level, inventory, and cleanliness
• Promote Sales
• Teach, train, and develop other associates
• Assist in supervising and motivating the Deli team
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation:

BOE. FT, Hourly position with benefits that include annual wage reviews, medical, dental, prescription and life insurance, paid holidays, vacations. We are an Associate owned company with a retirement plan that includes an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, Profit Sharing and 401K
