Immediate need for demand planner for a Cosmetics Manufacture

Pay is upto $85K. DOE.
This is Direct Hire.
Hours are 8-4:40.
Can be Hybrid but must work 1-2 days in office.

Your Opportunity
Create unconstrained volume & revenue forecasts on a daily and monthly level for all replenishment and new launch products, adjusting forecasts for website traffic changes, seasonality adjustments, and product mix variations.
Reconcile revenue forecasts with management•s expectations and adjust forecasts based on executive feedback.
Analyze and evaluate marketing metrics to identify how they correlate with forecasts. I.e., cart conversions, email sign up conversions, social media metrics
Responsible for analyzing lifts of various types of promotions and discounts and apply these findings to future forecasts.
Track forecast vs. actual performance from a volume and revenue standpoint. Adjust future forecasts based on launch week and sales erosion trends. Work to improve variances over time.
Update bill of materials for all new launches
Work with operations planning teams to confirm quantities and dates for new launches and key restocks.
Liaise with sales and marketing teams to gather qualitative feedback on new launches to include as inputs to forecasting models.

Your Attributes

EDUCATION: BA/BS in Math, Statistics, Business, Economics, Operations, or Supply Chain EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of experience in planning
Intermediate/advanced Excel skills Analytical and detail-oriented Certified Professional Forecaster a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident in relationship building skills Highly organized and well-versed in execution of deliverables Team oriented
Flexible and adaptable
Self-sufficient/ take initiative Innovative problem-solving skills
Go after goals with passion and get the job done both quickly and effectively
