- Bachelor’s Degree in Predictive Analytics, Business Analytics, Accounting, Finance or related field of study required
- 2+ years’ relevant experience within demand planning and with statistics programming (R, Minitab, Python, SQL)
- Detail Oriented and ability to work with large amounts of data into useful information and conclusion
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and meet deadlines with a strong desire to execute tasks with quality and a sense of urgency
- Maintain key operational metrics that measure demand planning performance to drive continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads

Analyst, Demand Planning is responsible for maintenance and execution of forecasting and decision models through a strong combination of statistical, business intelligence, and market and industry trend analysis. An ideal candidate possesses a deep experience in Data Analysis and Applied Statistics, Inventory or Production Planning, and Supply Chain Management functions. This team member is a critical voice on the forecasting chain team, and provides context and perspectives for data-driven decision making in a contact center environment.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop accurate and timely demand forecast while helping reduce inventory /working capital, and minimize forecast variability
- Responsible for developing and sharing end to end demand plan, and providing timely forecast analysis necessary for appropriate decision making
- Advanced skills to include variance analysis, assumption documentation, and communication to supply chain, management, finance, and operational teams in creating and maintaining the corporate S&OP process
- Identify demand forecast risks and develop effective, flexible, and durable mitigation strategies
- Analyze and troubleshoot demand related issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Generate scenarios in the demand planning to facilitate discussion
- Work cross-functionally to accurately reflect recent trends and achieve continuous improvement in demand forecast accuracy, and other demand planning measures
- Manage and execute various ad-hoc project requests

- Masters in quantitative field or Business Administration highly preferred
- Experience in strategic consulting and leading new/start-up related programs or Rapid Scale Manufacturing
- Experience working with database & SQL
- Six Sigma certification
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $64k - $111k/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
