We are looking for a dental front desk professional to join our family practice! We're seeking someone with excellent customer service skills who is detail-oriented and well-organized. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about patient care, dependable, willing to learn, and takes full ownership of their role in the office. Spanish, or Polish language skills are a plus. We're a family operated general dentistry practice with a strong focus on building patient relationships. If you are looking for a place to make your work home, you've found it!

Front desk duties include:

• Answering incoming calls
• Confirmation calls and reminder mailings
• Appointment scheduling
• Chart filing and organization
• Payment processing
• Insurance processing and verification
• Treatment plan preparation

Dental experience preferred, but not necessary. Willing to train the right candidate.

Patient care hours:
Monday (Detroit) 9 am - 5 pm
Tuesday-Thursday (Troy) 9 am - 5 pm
Rotating Saturdays (September - May) 9 am - 2 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
