El Dorado Community Health Centers, a FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) offering Primary Care Services with locations in Placerville and Cameron Park, is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant for their Cameron Park location. As a non-profit community health center EDCHC provides Medical, Dental, Optical, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health and SUD Treatment Services to underserved populations. Location assignment for this position can be subject to change per need of the center.

Reporting to the Dental Office Supervisor, and under the general supervision of the Dentist in a clinical setting, the Dental Assistant assists the Dentist in the provision of high-quality care within the scope of service consistent with accepted standards of care for dentistry.

Experience & Educational Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting Educational Program
• High School Diploma/GED
• Current Dental X-ray Certification
• Current BLS certification required
