Joanna Kleckner DDS, Inc. in Cuyahoga Falls has a great opportunity for an experienced Dental Patient Service Representative to join our team! We believe optimal oral health leads to optimal overall health, and we are committed to helping our patients achieve a lifetime of healthy smiles.

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A professional demeanor and pleasant phone voice
- Previous experience in a dental office performing scheduling and treatment planning (REQUIRED)
- Demonstrated computer skills and experience with Eaglesoft (or similar software)
- Demonstrated experience with processing dental insurance
- Exceptional time management skills
- Proven ability to multi-task
This is a FULL-TIME position, Monday 7am-4pm, Tuesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 8am-5:30pm, Friday 7am-2pm with potential to add Wednesdays.
