Compensation: $55 - 57K/year

We are looking for an amazing Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. We are focused and dedicated on providing only the most exceptional service to our community.

As the Office Manager of our busy practice, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties including daily reports, communication with operations, community marketing events, staff meetings, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, and of course bringing the fun every day! You will be trusted to help treat, educate, and care for our most valuable asset - our patients!

You will be a key member of the team and will help ensure that our standards of care are not only met but exceeded. Ultimately, the Office Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Location: Wyomissing, PA

Schedule: 7:45 am - 5:45 pm Monday to Thursday and 8 am - 12 pm on Friday when office is closed, full shift when open; Saturday on an "as needed" basis

What You Will Do

• Overseeing day to day operations of the practice
• Positively leading the team
• Evaluating and developing team performance
• Maintaining the overall budget
• HIPAA security/privacy officer for your clinic
• Helps to train new team members and cross train existing team members
• Processing daily reports, and keeping track of fee schedules and insurance company changes

What You Will Need

• At least three years of experience in a management position, preferrable in a dental or medical office
• Ability to effectively lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work professionally with doctors, patients, employees and others
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems
