ABOUT FALLS COMMUNITY HEALTH

At Falls Community Health (FCH) it is our mission is to be an open door to quality health care services by removing barriers, especially financial, that exist for working families without health insurance or other resources to meet their health care needs.

Falls Community Health is a community medical and dental clinic for all ages. The goal of FCH is to reduce health disparities by providing high quality, accessible, and affordable health care. FCH serves patients at four sites: the main site and three school-
based sites. The sites are funded by the Bureau of Primary Health Care, and all services are available to residents regardless of their ability to pay.FCH serves patients at four sites: the main site and three school-based sites, and all services are available to residents regardless of their ability to pay. Our dental site is a modern facility including digital x-ray and electronic dental record.

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

As a Dentist with us you will work as part of a dental team to provide a full complement of preventive and restorative care services including; routine dental care, diagnosing and treating diseases, injuries, malformations of teeth and gums and related oral structures, emergency dental care, school-based preventative dental care, cleanings, extractions, and fillings.

Falls Community Health Dental Clinic Hours and Services:

Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Qualification Standards: Graduation from an accredited dental school required with a minimum of one (1) year's experience in the practice of dentistry desirable; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority. Hold a valid license to practice dentistry in South Dakota, current CPR (BLS) certification, and current South Dakota DEA registration.

$5,716.00 - $7,488.00 bi-weekly depending on experience and qualifications
