We're looking for a Designer to join the Superunion team in New York!

Who we're looking for:

A Designer who wants to create the best work of their career.

Main responsibilities:

• Create work of the highest standard that solves business problems head-on.
• Come up with new, unique ideas, and work with others who do the same.
• Get involved, show enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Present all stages of the design process directly to your team and, often, to clients.
• Dive deep in an open, collaborative working culture.
• Keep on top of your game, in a design world that's always changing.

Your experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a Designer role
• Ideally, you've created work for global mega brands and also ones hoping to become one!
• Proven experience working across a variety of media, channels and formats. You'll be just as happy crafting identities, producing and art directing films and animations, to creating design systems and campaigns.
• Experience in Visual Effects or Motion Graphics are a plus (but not required)

Your skills:

• You have outstanding technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe After Effects, Premiere pro and/or Cinema 4D.
• You're not just a visual thinker. You can make your ideas come alive with words too.
• Your time management is impeccable, and you are commercially competent.
• You respond well to criticism and stick with a brief when it doesn't go to plan.
• You maximize creative opportunities wherever they appear.
