Job Title: Desktop/AirWatch Admin

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite Position)

Duration: Full Time Permanent Position

Roles & responsibilities:

• Configuration of AirWatch workspace one
• Deploy and maintain Security policies independently from AD policies.
• Manage Windows 10 & Android devices with Airwatch
• Test/Create/Modify/Publish AirWatch Sensors/Profiles/Products
• Deployment of security and software updates
• Create new SOE images and regular maintenance of images.
• Client troubleshooting, keeping all the devices compliant.
• Global deployment of applications.
• Create custom reports as per the requirement.
• Work in synergy with other support teams to keep the environment up and running.
• Handle alerts/incidents/work orders/change request/problem records/ticket analysis/RCA as a part of support team
• Work in synergy with other support teams to keep the environment up and running.
• Should be open to work in 24x7 rotating shift model and go on-call on need basis.
• Should be able to help users with their day-to-day problems and project needs.
• Should be able to work under pressured and capable of managing major incident and complex change requests.

Must Have:

• 5+ years IT industry experience and 3-5 years of relevant experience from specified domain
• Must have experience in Configuration & Implementation of AirWatch to support Window 10 & Android devices
• Must have hands on experience managing and supporting AirWatch as an MDM tool for Windows 10 OS devices.
• Should be well versed with the lifecycle application deployment via an MDM

tool.

• Good communication Skills
• Must be capable to identify and lead improvement with day-to-day tasks
• Should comply with security standards.
• Open for rotating in 24x7 shifts for production environment support and going on call.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
