Desktop Technician

CommuniCare Health Services is a world-class provider of health care services throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Indiana, and Missouri. We are currently seeking a full-time Inventory Specialist in our IT department to support our facilities and Home Office Staff. This is a full time position that will be based out of our corporate offices located in the Blue Ash section of Cincinnati, OH.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the Ordering, Receiving of all laptops, desktops, Phones and tablets.
• Manage logistics of incoming and outgoing IT shipments.
• Maintain an organized inventory of all equipment.
• Provide assistance in maintaining IT asset inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have:

• Inventory control management and logistics experience
• Exceptional attention to detail; thorough when investigating and reconciling inventory discrepancies
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Ability to work independently - candidate must be a "self-starter".
• Technical Certifications a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Workday a plus.
