• Responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users; Assign work orders/incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure

Technical Requirements:

• Phone support experience.

• Technical Service desk or technical call center experience is.

• Disciplined, systematic problem-solving skills.

• Internet browsers (e.g., Explorer, Chrome, Firefox),

• Support for laptops, desktops, and printers

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)

• Good documentation skills

• Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE

• Should have good customer handling skills

• High level of acceptance

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
