Job description
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required and ideally pursuing education in Information Systems or related field.
- Experience in customer service preferred, desktop hardware and software, Microsoft systems, network systems, and phone sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job listed above.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill incident and service requests as assigned and follow standard help desk procedures.
- Document interactions with business clients, including requests, statuses, and resolution of incidents.
- Perform planned maintenance, moves, adds and changes.
- Maintain standard software and desktop OS configurations, including troubleshooting, loading and configuring software images, supported applications and drivers.
- Research business client questions using available resources to find solutions.
- Create and maintain all applicable documentation.
- Install, configure, use, repair, and troubleshoot Microsoft OS and Office and other software and hardware for desktop and laptop computers.
- Other duties as assigned.
