Title: Developer, CRM
HelloFresh is looking for a Developer to join our Customer Marketing (CRM) team to support in delivering great customer experiences digitally. Candidates must be well-versed in email, mobile and digital best practices, supporting our team in crafting contextualized, personalized experiences in email, app and other key communication channels.
You will ...
- Develop, code and assist the CRM team with daily campaigns, with email and app being the focus
- Manage multiple projects and processes to meet set deadlines
- Streamline processes and develop new processes to enable best-in-class email production, personalization, inbox placement and customer engagement
- Develop and manage template library by modifying existing email template designs and revising/updating content as necessary.
- Troubleshoot email campaigns across multiple platforms and browsers
- Work with personalization partner to turn static experiences into dynamic 1-to-1 experiences that speak to each customer individually, on the device they choose to use
- Ensure quality, consistency enforced at all steps and across all assets
- Coordinate with stakeholders in CRM, creative, technology to bring together necessary pieces to craft a visually compelling and functionally sound final product.

At a minimum, you have...
- Bachelor's degree; certification in coding
- 3-5 years of hands-on email and other digital marketing creative coding experience
- Highly skilled in: HTML/5, CSS3, Ruby, Responsive Design, Media Queries, Cross-Browser Development, email coding and mobile design best practices, CAN-SPAM, navigating an ESP tool (such as Salesforce, Cross Engage, Send Grid, etc), handlebars / dynamic data elements in email,
- Not required, but highly recommended: AMPscript, JavaScript, SASS/Less, GitHub
- Quality-oriented with a track record of creating bullet-proof email code that allows marketing teammates to execute quickly and accurately.
- Experience with using Sketch and Photoshop
