Best Brains Learning Centers is seeking a Franchise Development Assistant to join our growing team!

We are seeking someone outgoing, positive, and responsible to join the Franchise Development department of Best Brains Learning Centers. As an FDA, you will assist the Franchise Development Specialist in managing the accounts of new and existing franchisees.

What is Franchise Development? Franchise Development is the department working behind the scenes of every great franchise brand. The FD Team nurtures franchise leads, guides new franchisees through onboarding, monitors franchisee progress and success, and facilitates all paperwork including contracts, certifications, and renewals.

What is my role?

The Franchise Development Assistant provides customer service and support to inquiring franchisees, organizes each franchisee throughout their franchise journey, and assists the other members of the FD team to help coach franchisees to success!

What is required of me? The ideal candidate has some customer service or account management experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, is able to learn new systems, and can utilize tools to keep the whole team organized.

Job Duties include:

· Communicating daily with new franchising inquires (NO COLD CALLING)

· Data entry and data management

· Sending and receiving contracts and official paperwork

· Scheduling evaluations, audits, and site visits

· Communicating with current franchisees regarding compliance, training, and performance

· Assisting with creation of training materials

· Assisting with creation of materials related to franchise sales

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Customer service (1 year)

· Account Management (preferred)

· Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, ZohoCRM, or Monday (preferred)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· The ability to work independently while contributing to a larger team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

  • Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (Preferred)
