Schedule: Hybrid/remote position requiring one week per month (Tuesday-Thursday) in our Grovetown, GA office.

Job Purpose:

The Digital Coordinator position is focused on getting our customers connected to ASB feeds, and other critical digital marketing assets such as product images, product specs and videos in a timely manner. Internally, this position works closely with the entire Digital Marketing Team to ensure emails, promo codes, PIM and SEO is optimized and working well. This position is focused on ensuring the ASB website is optimized and delivering for our customers 24/7.

Core Function / Duties:

• Oversee FTP accounts for data feed, inventory, account creation, account password changes.
• Manage Customer/Distributor Image requests.
• Freestyle Inspirations/Generation and maintenance of inspiration designs.
• PIM marketing data & Product descriptions, SEO creation.
• Web content updates assisting developers.
• Execute Promo codes.
• Work order for Pacific Headwear.
• Publishing API skus.
• Publish and track status of SKUs for League API.
• Assist with Email Marketing.

Skills/Qualifications/Education/Licenses & Certifications: High school diploma or GED typically required.

• Proficient in Adobe, Excel, DTC BTB, Work Order, Jira and basic Website measurement metrics.
• Basic SEO understanding.
• Experience with PIM and website data management.
• Deep knowledge of website data feeds.
• Experience with sublimation back-end and front end systems.
• Basic understanding of Email and Social Media strategy and execution.
