Our Digital Marketing manager drives our digital and social media platforms, optimizing marketing campaigns across all digital channels. They create and maintain web content, website development, CMS, CRM platforms, e-commerce, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, analytics, content creation and information delivery for B2B and customers. They work closely with the Marketing and Public Relations Manager, to provide digital support of all marketing communications tactics, as well as work directly with vendors on digital marketing campaigns and the alignment with business goals, brand guidelines, and company-wide digital marketing objectives.

  • Manage website updates and development of landing pages, product pages, banner images, etc.
  • Use Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) conceptualize and work with marketing team to create a range of materials, including, but not limited to, brochures, ads, enewsletter, postcards, posters, social media graphics, signage, handouts, invitations, etc.
  • Maintain visual elements of the Legence Bank, American Farm Mortgage and Kotner Title brand. Create and maintain brand style guide.
  • Review and recommend use of new and innovative media platforms and design applications and tools.
  • Develop, own and execute a digital marketing strategy that focuses on driving measurable results through the use of SEO/SEM, social media, web, video, paid channels and e-mail.
  • Drive the growth, engagement and regular maintenance of all social channels.
  • Understand and leverage digital platforms, upcoming trends and analytics on current platforms.
  • Critically analyze data and advise VP Marketing & Communications on best practices, new opportunities and next steps.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI) utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Accountable for ROI analysis and measurement practices.
  • Help lead projects focused on the implementation of marketing automation, Google Analytics and show a clear understanding of these platforms and their value to our customers.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to plan, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns and new platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience through conversion points and optimization of user funnels.
  • Build and embody the Legence Bank, American Farm Mortgage, and Kotner Title brand audience, leveraging followers and industry for insights, content, ideas and innovation to engage and foster stronger consumer engagement across digital platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day communications with internal teams and any agency partners.
  • Engage across cross-functional partners, especially as it relates to managing digital copy through the PMR (promotional material review) process, setting up dashboards for campaign analytics, and proactively communicating timelines and other important project plan milestones.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and marketing team to utilize digital marketing to achieve line of business revenue goals, as part of the overall line of business marketing plans.
  • Foster brand presence with vendors including social listening, analytics, SEO/SEM and reputation management
  • Assist with podcasts and blogs across all platforms
  • All other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, fax machines, scanning equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Education and Experience

  • Associate’s Degree in Marketing or Communications Preferred
  • At least 2 Years Business Marketing or Business Communications Experience Preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Adobe Suite of Products Preferred
  • Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Experience with SEO and Social Media Advertising Preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
