NOW HIRING Digital Press Operators for 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts in LENEXA, KS!

• Digital Press Operators - ability to set up/run 2 different types of press machines, verify work orders, make press adjustments as necessary, communicate technical issues to management

Position responsibilities:

• Ability to set-up and run a minimum of two different press types in accordance with GSP and industry specifications
• Verify information on work order is correct
• Make press standard adjustments as required to ensure quality standards are met
• Meet or exceed print efficiency standards
• Monitor print assistant and QCI for adherence to procedures
• Complete daily & weekly paperwork as required
• Strong grasp of workflow, processes, and procedures
• Complete maintenance logs and report press downtime as required
• Maintain cleanliness of press & press area
• Ability to use PMS color matching book & densitometer to measure dot characteristics and colorspace
• Cross train in a minimum of one other area
• Work in other areas as needed

Basic qualifications:

• Machine Operator experience, 3-6+ months preferred
• Ability to manage large workload while producing quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Available for weekend work shifts & overtime as needed
• Ability to communicate (read, write, understand) English
• Understand and adhere to all safety requirements
