Job description

As a Dining Service Supervisor at Beechwood Homes, you will supervise food production and service, assist in maintaining inventory and department records, and prepare required reports.

Job Duties:

• Maintains meal census and follow through on diet changes in the absence of the Diet Technician
• Coordinates Dining Services with nursing personnel
• Supervises receiving and storage of food and supplies
• Supervises tray/serving line in accordance with menu amd production sheets
• Coordinates staffing in the absence of scheduled staff
• Training new staff
• Maintains supervisor's log book, noting pertinent information of shift

Hours: Full time, 30 hours a week, varied shifts

Weekend rotation and holidays are required.
