Norton Staffing is seeking caring, experienced, and reliable Direct Support Professionals to provide support at programs serving adults with rehabilitative needs. You will enjoy the perks of being able to create a flexible schedule that works best for you and your family!

We have an immediate opening at our partnered program in Belmont, NH. The position has full-time, part-time, and per diem hours available from 8a-4p, 4p-12a, and 12a-8a, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and some Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The Direct Support Professional supports individuals with developmental disabilities in maintaining their quality of life by promoting the individual's health, safety, and well-being. A Direct Support Professional serves as an advocate for individuals in communicating their needs and goals. The Direct Support Professional SP should be able to teach, redirect, coach, and provide assistance with basic ADLs and IADLs for adult males and females.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
