Direct Support Professionals

A variety of schedules are available including day/swing/overnight shifts. We offer one of the highest starting pay at $20.00/hour as well as performance-based increases and bonuses, paid training, paid holidays, and an excellent benefits package!
We are currently offering a series of hiring bonuses to the successful candidate: $100.00 at 30 days, $150.00 at 90 days, $250.00 at 6 months and $500.00 at 1 Year for a total of an additional $1000.00 for the first year of employment!!!
Fitting candidate must possess a valid Oregon driver’s license with an acceptable driving history, successfully pass a criminal history background check, and be fully vaccinated against the COVID virus.
