Requirements:
Prefferred Qualifications
Prior high volume catering experience in a large volume hotel.- Prior experience in the field of hospitality with specific experience in catering sales is required.
- 3+ years of experience in catering sales required.
- Advanced knowledge of sales skills, revenue management, training, and motivation of peers.
- Diverse knowledge of hotel operations.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.
- Extensive communication skills to communicate with a diverse clientele group.
- Computer skills including microsoft word, excel and outlook and other hotel sales software.
