• Your annualized salary of up to $155,000+ per year is based on your overall experience. At least 3 years Hospice or Home Health clinical experience with some supervisory experience is much preferred.

Your work responsibilities as our Hospice Director of Clinical Services:

• As our new Hospice Director of Clinical Services, you will have oversight for all field Hospice clinical and some office staff.
• Having clinical staff supervision for a census of 100+, possessing primarily Hospice or Home Health leadership experience will definitely put you in the front of the line!
• As our new Hospice Director of Clinical Services you will participate in and provide supervision for the clinical team during regular weekly IDT meetings.
• As our new Hospice Clinical Director, you arrange team coverage for on-call and staff time off.

Your Qualifications to perform as our Hospice Director of Clinical Services:

• At least 4 years as an RN, 2+ years current Home Hospice and Home Health nursing and some supervisory experience, along with a current CA RN license are mandatory prerequisites.
• BSN or commensurate experience preferred.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
