Buena Vista University is seeking a Director of Enrollment & Student Success for Online Programs. Under the supervision of the Vice President for Extended University Programs, this position will lead recruitment, student success, and retention initiatives for Online Programs. Responsibilities include providing leadership to the recruitment and advising teams, developing and implementing an enrollment management strategy, and overseeing marketing strategies and initiatives. This position provides leadership to deliver a comprehensive suite of initiatives, services, and practices to ensure a high-quality online experience for students and will provide oversight of procedures and best practices. This position will direct operations at BVU’s office locations across Iowa and oversee data management, communication plans, enrollment goals, and reporting requirements. This position can be based on the BVU Storm Lake campus or at a BVU Office located on one of our community college partner’s campuses.

A valid driver’s license is required.

Pay: $60,831.24 - $79,104.48 per year
