We’re currently seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications to join our Headquarters team!
In this role you will be a hands-on, technical thought leader who will drive business growth by bringing innovative ideas to life. The Director partners with business leaders to drive solutions, process improvements, projects, features and functionality to achieve prioritized strategic goals.
What you will do:
- Drive innovation. Lead, mentor, and coach members of the team
- Infuse fun and foster a rewarding team environment
- Create, plan, develop, deliver and maintain end-to-end enterprise application solutions within committed budget and schedule
- Work closely with business leaders to evaluate software platforms and select solutions based on business needs
- Gain and maintain alignment of delivery success criteria with business partners
- Review and report project portfolio status; understand and assist with all key project issues
- Keep up with new technologies and incorporate these technologies when appropriate
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships inside and outside Mister
- Implement strong process disciplines and ensure standards are established and followed
- Measure improvements through performance metrics
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related business discipline
- 10+ years experience in Software Engineering and/or Business Intelligence management roles
- 5+ years experience in AWS technologies, SDLC, and Agile Methodologies
- Possess a passion to learn the business and provide excellent customer service
- Diverse and wide-ranging IT and software project management experience, including prioritizing, planning and organizing
- Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, APIs, event-driven IT, and analytics
- Experience performing risk and issue management including strategies related to identifying risks, tracking and mitigating risks
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
