Job Summary:

The Director of Marketing will lead the in-house day-to-day operations of the marketing department, working at both the operational and strategic levels. This individual will be responsible for all marketing operations for the Company, including lead generation, communications, brand development, and strategies.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains supervisory and management staff in the department.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department
  • Recruits’ vendors and oversees their performance.
  • Holds regular team meetings and individual meetings to track performance and provide guidance for department members.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Responsible for the Human Resources management interactions with respective team, as defined under the HR structure of the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to connect with our targeted audiences.
  • Manage projects and new marketing initiatives.
  • Forecast sales trends and act proactively to increase our marketing performance.
  • Establish and reach KPIs to meet CarBrain’s business goals.
  • Audit all digital marketing channels (e.g., websites, blogs, emails, advertising, social media accounts) to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion.
  • Approve calendar of content.
  • Collaborate with leaders of other departments to ensure the best customer experience for our clients.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly digital marketing budgets.
  • Utilize available data points to improve our SEO and PPC campaigns.
  • Research market, competition, perform benchmarking and develop innovative ideas/technology.

Required Language(s) and Skills/Abilities:

  • Thorough understanding of current digital marketing strategies, tools, and practices.
  • Expert level in lead generation with emphasis on SEM.
  • Highly proficient with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Proven experience with optimizing UI/UX and CRO.
  • Proficient with reporting, BI & analytics tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment which requires prioritization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Open to feedback and interested in learning.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience as a Digital Marketing Director in managing and developing teams.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in PPC/SEO/SEM management.
  • At least 7 years’ experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
