Job description

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for all lines of business and brands within the organization of Renova Energy Corporation, including RenovaPLUS and RenovaROOFS to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

The day-to-day task includes managing and coordinating messaging, analytical and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the grow the marketing team to create a cohesive campaign across all marketing platforms.
• Oversee the marketing budget, managing in a way that best utilizes the spending to generate leads and or referrals for Renova Energy Corporation’s various products/ services.
• Total responsibility for advertising via social, radio, TV, print, and other media
• Devise effective digital marketing strategies that drive sales and company growth.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends with analytics to determine and change strategies to capture market share.
• Define and implement digital strategies with the Corporation's IT team in line with company goals.
• Act as the primary contact with 3rd party digital service vendors, manage implementations, and monitor performance.
• Create and maintain up to date reports using tools such as google analytics to visualize performance across multiple metrics.
• Collect and organize reporting provided by 3rd party vendors.
• Conduct research into new products and services that enhance the company’s online presence and marketing effectiveness.
• Coordinate with the web development team in implementing online services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
