Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have exceptional leadership and business technology skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, a strong sense of customer service, be self-motivated and deadline driven with the willingness to function as an individual contributor and as a team player on a variety of initiatives. As this is a hybrid to fully remote role if not local to Jacksonville, the candidate must have a proven record of working effectively remotely.

• Global ERP and large-scale implementation experience with manufacturing, distribution and finance is required.
• Work with legacy technologies including Microsoft Dynamics (AX 2009), Great Plains, Sage, QuickBooks, and other resulting from acquisitions.

• Work closely with key business leaders and users to understand system requirements and ensure design supports and enables the strategic objectives while minimal customization.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with global business users through site visits and the use of video conferencing, collaboration, SharePoint, and other productivity tools. Ensure standard business practices are followed, documented, continuously identifying needs/gaps to improve data integrity.

• Performed data migration for upstream systems into a PIM system as well as from PIM systems to downstream systems.

• Drive Global Master Data Governance and Compliance practices.

Preferred Skills:

• 6 - 10+ years' work experience with extensive knowledge in Master Data Management

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical approaches into key messages understandable by both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Expertise in customer, vendor, item master, and configured/manufactured product master lists
• Expertise in ERP systems integration driving master data workstreams through the process of data cleansing, data mapping, and repetitive mock data uploads.
• Strong hands-on experience in MDM data operational activities managing hierarchy management, parent/child account relationship, affiliation in consumer goods or other regulated fields.
• Prefer experience in building out processes for Data Quality, Data Governance and Data Stewardship.
• Ability to leverage SQL Developer for querying data sets for deep-dive analysis; and ability to present findings and recommendations to the C-Suite, peers, and workstream team members (calibrate information based on the audience).
• Must have hands-on Master Data Management implementation experience leveraging rudimentary methods (Excel) and leading MDM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in appropriate field (information science, data management, computer science or related field preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

• Ability to think and act independently and to multi-task and handle several tasks at once under deadlines.
• Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.
• High impact individual with the ability to partner, challenge, persuade and influence others while building strong relationships with department leaders and constituents.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize, engage a team and drive results to meet deadlines.
• Accepts challenges and takes initiative.
• Remains calm and effective in high-pressure situations and knows when to escalate risks before issues arise.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
