The Director of Nursing (DON) – RN willlead and oversee our Nursing Department. Your central goal will be to develop a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality resident care.You will perform a range of duties including; maintaining department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
• Valid Registered Nurse / RN license required
• Positive and upbeat attitude
• In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
