Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications

● 1+ years of experience in real estate sales

● Has knowledge of the MLS and real estate related software

● Familiarity with DocuSign

● Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM programs

● Real estate license preferred but not required

● Highly organized and detail oriented

● Strong work ethic and self-starter

Responsibilities

● Handle all listing and contract paperwork

● Track important dates and deadlines from contract to close

● Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, attorneys, lenders, and title company

● Tackle special marketing projects and events ●

Team player who believes their success is the team’s success

Schedule

● This is a 1099 position

● Hybrid work environment

● Typically engaging with team during business hours M-F

● Night/ Weekend flexibility if necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
