Overview of the role:
Trustpilot seeks an experienced and highly motivated Director of Product to lead the strategy and ongoing development of new and existing partner integrations with eCommerce Platforms, Marketing Automation, Reputation Management, and Helpdesk systems. In addition, the role will be responsible for Trustpilot's widget library and the partner API. This role will be based in New York and will report to the Chief Product Officer. They will manage a distributed team in London, Edinburgh and Copenhagen.
In the role you will:
- Develop and execute the product strategy for Trustpilot's Distribution team, focusing on eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, Prestashop), marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, dotdigital, Klaviyo, Zapier), reputation management systems, helpdesk solutions (e.g. Zendesk, Digidesk, Gorgias).
- Develop and execute the product strategy for Trustpilots widget library for collecting and showcasing reviews, testimonials and the Trustscore on partner websites; and the partner API.
- Manage and mentor two Senior Product Managers, ensuring they deliver best-in-class integration solutions that meet customer and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Technology, Commercial, Marketing, external integration partners, and customers to deliver seamless and innovative integration experiences.
- Act as the voice of the US market, championing the unique requirements of the region within the wider product roadmap and decision-making processes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and coordination across departments.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation by staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure integration products are meeting or exceeding targets and driving customer success.
We are looking for people with:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software product management, and/or preferably in a fast-paced online environment
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful software products.
- Experienced with external partner integrations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, develop strategic plans, and drive successful execution.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas

- A competitive base salary ranging from $210,000 to $250,000 gross per year. This range doesn't include any variable pay such as bonuses, awards made under Trustpilot's equity program or other benefits.
