Director of Quality Improvement
Job description
The Director of Quality and Risk will be responsible for leading quality initiatives across the hospital. The director will track, trend and action plan quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care aspects and hospital processes. The director also leads the hospital in risk mitigation efforts to ensure patient safety. The director ensures compliance with all regulatory bodies including but not limited to TJC, CMS and CDPH.
Minimum Education: Bachelors in health care related field. Clinical degree is preferred.
Minimum Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in health care related field. Specific experience and knowledge in the areas of quality improvement, risk management, infection control, and mental health are prefereed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
