About us

We have grown sales from 850k to 10 million in 4 years. We are on track to do 14 million this year, and we’re opening two more locations as I type this. We are looking for someone to build the sales systems in tandem with our team. We currently have a small sales staff without a leader. We want someone who is comfortable hiring coaching and growing a team. We are also looking for someone with serious passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Create a sales strategy for the company.
• Review sales goals and work to meet them.
• Monitor the progress of sales representatives across the region.
• Hire and manage a staff of salespeople.
• Work to align marketing and sales to help accomplish your sales strategy
• Create new sales programs.
• Review the company's current product line and service offerings, and determine which items should be introduced, modified, or discontinued.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,676.00 - $123,626.00 per year
