Summary:

As the Director, Platform & Journey Ops, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive journey management strategy that drives engagement and loyalty across our customer base. You will lead a team of operations and strategy experts who are responsible for the day-to-day management of our customer journey, including capability creation, martech platform stewardship, innovation, interaction management, personalization, and content.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer journey management strategy that aligns with the company's growth and retention objectives.

  • Build and lead a team of operations and strategy experts who are responsible for the day-to-day management of our customer journey, including capability creation, martech platform stewardship, innovation, interaction management, personalization, and content.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer journey initiatives that drive engagement and loyalty across our customer base.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of our customer journey initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

  • Identify and implement new technologies and processes that improve the customer experience and drive operational efficiency.

  • Work with the marketing analytics team to develop and implement data-driven strategies that increase customer engagement and drive revenue growth.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer journey management, martech platforms, and content marketing, and apply insights to improve our overall customer journey strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer journey management, martech platforms, and content marketing.

  • Proven experience leading teams and developing comprehensive customer journey management strategies.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing martech platforms and technologies

  • Remote with travel once a month

Annual Salary

$143,000.00 - $224,000.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
