Director/Senior Director, Healthcare Analytics (Remote US Only)

Job Overview:
The Director / Sr. Manager of Analytics will be an Individual Contributor (IC) role that is responsible for engaging with National Healthcare Societies and Life Sciences corporations to drive thought leadership and visioning of what can be achieved leveraging the ArborMetrix data analytics platform. This person will engage at the highest levels of client organizations to lead innovation and solution drivers, and will then begin execution within ArborMetrix. This role will work closely with the executive team (C-level) to define our Product strategy and roadmap, and to ensure our solution continues to deliver maximum value for clients seeking to leverage data to drive improvements in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership for client analytics solutioning. Engage at the highest levels of client organization to lead solutioning sessions. Develop rapport as a partner to key client senior leadership.
- Brainstorm and drive visioning to ultimately deliver solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations
- Develop RWE strategy and roadmap for execution
- Drive solution delivery of client analytics products with a focus on timeliness, quality, and profitability
- Demonstrate the power of our analytics platform to key clients and prospective customers. Excite customer base by focusing on the value that our platform and modules can bring
- Drive roadmaps and delivery of both our flagship analytics platform as well as our BI capabilities to maximize customer value and enhance business growth
Skills:
- Proven track record of growing client relationships through thought leadership
- High level and complex problem solving and critical thinking skills to drive a highly consultative sales process
- Comfortable working in a remote, distributed and highly collaborative company
- Ability to establish relationships with key partners, influencers and decision-makers
Mandatory Requirements:
- Master’s / PhD in analytic field or comparable years relevant professional experience
- 5+ years experience in Analytics role with experience in Healthcare, RWD / RWE
- Past Experience in a Individual Contributor (IC) Environment
- Clinical Trials & Pharmacseutical Experience
- Experience formulating / selling / implementing innovative solutions to solve business needs
- Interest and passion for healthcare and data analytics and the application of RWD for RWE
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks, projects; strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines
- Confident and calm presence; ability to lead client discussions, resolve conflict, and drive progress; able to direct product workshops and brainstorming sessions
- Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills
- Some minimal travel may occur for client and company meetings.
- Position is Remote with 1x a month Travel
