Dishwasher/ Kitchen Porter

Job Summary

The work nature of this position is cleaning, washing plates, preparing food materials and implementing the maintenance of dishwashing machine and/or food handling equipment.

Shift Time

· Shift Range: 11:00 to 23:00

· 5 days or 6 days a week

Job Duties

· Maintain plate ware and utensils are clean and sanitized by using a dish washing machine

· Execute the daily cleaning duty of work sections

· Perform all daily closing and cleaning tasks as instructed

· Prepare food materials such as raw meat and food garnishments when it`s needed

· Handle and store food materials based upon workplace sanitation/safety standards

· Help maintaining the tools and equipment used in the workplace

Qualifications

· Be positive and able to work at a fast pace and under pressure.

· Be flexible for working and rotating shifts.
