- Full-time, 12:00-8:00 pm
- Shift differentials for weekend !

Position Summary
The Sanitation Worker is responsible for daily cleaning of the Dining Department.
Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Essential Functions include the following.
Required Education and Experience
- Some High School.
- Some prior experience in a related food service position is required.
- Cleans all equipment in the Main Kitchen and Café to include, but not limited to the following: grill and fryer.
- Empties trash containers and recycle bins on all units, dining room and kitchen and disposes of in the proper area on a daily basis.
- Gathers soiled linen on a daily basis from all units, main dining room and Bistro and ensures it is ready for pickup up by cleaning vendor.
- Washes dishes.
- Assists Line Cooks in food preparation as needed.
- Must possess a customer service background and orientation.
