A family-owned and operated company based in Nashville is looking to add a full-time dispatch member to our team of Dispatchers and Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience with call taking or customer service, although this isn't required. Mainly Night availability is needed currently. We are hiring and will get you started ASAP if you can work 12 hour shifts overnight, have good work ethic, a good attitude, demonstrate reliability and accountability, and are able to be flexible.

Requirements:

• Must provide the highest possible standards in customer care
• Must stay calm under pressure
• Must demonstrate critical thinking, patience and organization
• Basic knowledge of computer data and operating a Windows-based program
• Must have the ability to stay organized as well as follow oral/written instruction
• Flexible schedule preferred, as operations are 24/7/365
• Strong work ethic
• Willing to maintain respectful working relations with coworkers, supervisors and customers
• Reliable transportation
