We are looking for a energetic, quick-thinking, and positive candidate who can embrace change at a moments notice and thrives in a fast-paced environment in an ever growing company. Currently looking for a Day Shift and Night Shift Dispatcher.

Competitive Compensation:

• $50,000.00/year

Duties include:

• Forming Vac truck Crews, Drivers and Roustabouts for called in jobs
• Keeping a master schedule of jobs dispatched
• Collecting Work Order Tickets and assessing them for accuracy
• Collaborating with Accounting and Payroll to ensure accurate billing and pay
• Tracking monitored functions such as Employee Fuel use
• Maintaining daily spreadsheets
• Monitoring GPS tracking of company vehicles.

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatching experience is preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license (DOT Physical Card a bonus but not required)
• Be able to develop and maintain a positive rapport with Field Employees
• Work well with other Office Staff in a collaborative environment
• Exhibit proactive communication skills
• Be proficient in technology such as Excel, Word, GPS Tracking, iPads, etc.
• Have a flexible schedule
• Be Well Organized
• Able to adapt to change and think outside the box
• Take initiative to improve processes for the benefit of the company
