WE ARE SEEKING A DISTRICT PROPERTY MANAGER (please only apply if you have worked as a District Property Manager)THIS POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OVER 2500 SINGLE FAMILY PROPERTIES FOR WORK IN OUR LARGE RESIDENTIAL(and have residential experience at least 4 years) DISTRICT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FIELD. THIS IS WORKING WITH A LARGE QUANTITY OF PORTFOLIOS WITHIN THE ASSIGNED GEOGRAPHIC AREA. MOSTLY CHARLOTTE NC AND SURROUNDING AREAS.
- MENTORING AND TRAINING
- STRONG PRESENCE WITH EMPLOYEES AND MGMT STAFF
- DRIVING PORTFOLIO PROFITABILITY
- LIASON TO UNIFY ALL LOCAL SUPPORT DEPARTMENTS
- PROPERTY OPERATIONS
- LEASING
- NEW DEVELOPMENT
- P & L
- MUST HAVE A REAL ESTATE LICENSE
- THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
