Job description
Seeking a candidate to fill a Document Control position responsible for working on projects related to the New York City School Construction Authority Job Order Contract (SCA JOC).
Responsibilities:
- Track project documents, including project plans, blueprints, vendor contracts and drawings
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents and reports
- Manage and maintain documents, keeping them safe and backed up
- Update project documents as needed
- Data entry
- Attend meetings and prepare/distribute meeting minutes
- Print and distribute project documents
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks as requested
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in full-time document control position with a Construction Management organization
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to MS Windows; MS Office (including Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat.
- Must be able to reliably commute Monday-Friday to Long Island City
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour
