Dakkota Integrated Systems manages the complete assembly and sequencing of modules for OEMs and Tier One suppliers.

Key Areas of Responsibility (Answerable for the following end results)

- Organize, remove, maintain, set up and control Document Control library files as needed.
- Engineering drawings
- Specifications and standards
- Program books
- PPAP files
- Coordinate, monitor and expedite the flow of documents within the organization or between departments and customers.
- JES
- Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, Line balances, Operator Work Instructions, JESs
- Internally schedule & audit all floor documentation for conformance of that in the Document Control Library (i.e. revisions, correct template, AIAG compliance, etc.)
- Schedule, monitor, and track LPA performance and distribute performance records (as applicable by site)
- Monitor applicable customer database (GM SupplyPower, Covisint, Ford, Chrysler, OEM, etc.) for complaint notifications and bulletins and notify management upon receipt. Monitor internal and customer corrective action submissions timing for quality related issues.
- Update Supplier submission information in Trans4M.
- Update Supplier, Service and Customer PPAP submission information.
- Monitor and track Quality Alert information posted on the production floor.
- Attend department meetings and record meeting minutes as applicable
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Document all activities as required.
- Adhere to all company guidelines for Emergency Evacuation to ensure employee safety.
- Any additional responsibility deemed necessary by management.
Limits of Authority
- Advise Department Manager of those situations that may pose a significant risk to the program, product assurance, facilities, employee safety or customer satisfaction results.
- Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformance relating to product, process & systems.
- Identify, communicate and record any problems relating to the product, process or system.
- Initiate, recommend or provide solutions thought the appropriate channels and verify implementation.
- Control further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency is corrected.
Basic Education, Experience and Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Established organization and leadership skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills.
Health, Safety and Physical Demand Requirements
- Normal amount of sitting and standing, average mobility to move around an office and plant environment, able to conduct normal amount of work on a computer.
Travel Requirements
- Less than 5% travel required
- Valid driver’s license required
